Tina Hoffer grew up in Ontario, Canada. As a child, she discovered a passion for woodworking by watching her dad in his own shop. in 1990 she moved to Colorado and started a family. While her children were young, Tina turned her garage into a wood shop where she could escape and explore the beauty of woodworking.

Using a variety of woods, including domestic, exotic, and reclaimed, Tina creates a wide range of functional works of art. Out of her shop come shaker style china cabinets, bed frames, and tables. recently she has refined her craft and focuses on smaller creations. Combs, boxes, and cutting boards have become her specialty; she will continue to explore this new-found craft in functional art.

Tina currently lives in Erie, Colorado where she spends her time wood working, playing with her dogs, and enjoying live arts with her close friends. Her work can be found at various craft fairs in Boulder Valley, and soon in retail locations throughout the front range.
