Caring for your Knots creation
Your board has been finished with WATCO Butcher Block Oil and Finish. It has been cured and is food safe and ready for daily use. NEVER use a dishwasher to clean your board. It will cause a lot of damage. Wipe your board with mild dish soap and a cloth and then rinse off. Allow to dry. The antimicrobial properties in wood will not allow bacteria to grow as the moisture dissipates from the wood.
